Camp Synago


Summer Jr High Leadership

study Opportunity


Who: Youth entering 6th through 9th grades in the fall.  

What:  A once weekly Christian summer day camp.

When: Meets Tuesdays, beginning June 30 - August 4, 2015

Why: Synago means "Come Together" and provides a gathering place for Christian fellowship and learning throughout the summer for middle school students.                        

Each camp day will include a morning session & afternoon session at the boys’ and girls’ houses respectively.  During the mid-morning through early afternoon each day, the two groups will gather together for a recreational activity.

Daily Schedule

8:30 to 9:15am    Meet at Girls' and Guys' houses. Light Breakfast (Provided)

9:15 to 11:30am  Morning teaching/prayer/worship

11:30am to 3:30pm    Recreational activities ($15/wk, bring or buy lunch)

3:30 to 4pm  Reflection groups (at FUMC Midlothian Family Life Center)

4pm  Departure


Registration Fee: $15 to be paid at time of enrollment to purchase study materials.

Campers need to pack or bring money for lunch each day, unless lunch included as indicated on schedule by *. Scholarships available for those in financial need.  Inquire at enrollment.




     June 30 - Cici's and Movie - $15       July 28 - Rock Climbing - $15

     July 7 - Pool Party - $5                      August 4 - Hawaiian Falls - $20

     July 14 - Service Project - Bring Lunch
